Research techniques and related information regarding the Chemistry and Biology of Sainfoin
Methods and research techniques have been studied and developed to look specifically at Sainfoin polyphenols which include tannins and flavonoids. As anticipated there were significant differences between Sainfoin types and this will lead to further development of Sainfoin plant breeding.
